Lee Patin and CB Services have been managing our company's bookkeeping and billing since 2005. Early on, Lee provided research necessary to identify a suitable remote-access application for us to accurately and reliably enter time and submit it directly to QuickBooks from a Mac environment. This has greatly simplified our customer billing process. Since then, Lee has provided a variety of critical accounting services related to regular billing cycles and quarterly bank statement reconciliations, etc. Ms. Patin has been proactive in resolving customer collection issues, most with good results. We had quite a scare recently when we were unable to launch QuickBooks or locate any of our current QuickBooks "company" files.
